Have you also subscribed to tri-family?  This list is good for medical 
advice etc but the tri-family list is also invaluable for sharing triumphs 
and needs.  Just ask all the questions you want we all see them and will 
respond accordingly.  It would be lovely to hear about Sharni and what 
challenges she faces.
