[tri-med] More botox today

Hannah has a botox appointment this afternoon. They (hopefully) will be
addressing her shoulders and also her neck and face again.

It's going to be a full day for her as we have to leave in just a few
minutes to take Donn's mother to an appointment in Knoxville and that is
where Hannah's appointment is so we're just going to take her now. Full =
day,
lots of equipment to tote.
