[tri-med] Missing teeth survey

Can I please get families with Triers that a missing permanent teeth to write 
in? Our local Regional Center claims 'missing teeth' is not related to 
Trisomy. (I'm talking about permanent teeth that did not develop.) We have 
mediation regarding this tomorrow and a fair hearing next month, then court 
in Jan.
