Pamela. I'll save this post for Jim to read when he
gets back from Calif.

All the over the counter vitamins I was giving the
girls, and they were only getting a fraction of it
because it goes thru you so quickly. I actually give
Genevieve 2 vitamins, the first has the FC in the a.m.
and the second at supper has zylitol, which is great
for teeth and preventing ear infections. But her
dietician took down the label info awhile back and
looking into it, was really impressed with the #s &
percents. She has been a wealth of info on soil
depletion/foods etc too. But we live in the country
around farm groud...go figure.

Have you seen the new vitamin strips that melt on kids
tongues? Might as well slap a sugar packet on their
teeth in my opinion... too much novelty.

With the syringe scare, I have actually doubled my
dose of vitamins(with approval of my doctor), started
on an immune complex(you take for 3 weeks and off a
month) as well as a "mood' lifter of sorts, so no
matter how down things are around me I'll be
s-m-i-l-i-n-g away LOL (grrr hasn't kicked in yet lol)


And why aren't you in California enjoying the warmer
weather my Dear with your hubby??
