Also, foods today are so processed that they lose some of their nutrient
value. There's also the pollution factor. Add in the
pestacide/chemicals/antibiotics and steroids that our food chain receives
today and it's scary.
All the above reasons are why we began supplementing, esp with Alex as he
was so fragile to begin with.

When Alex takes a B vit he has been known to say "Oh man, now my pee's going
to stink and be yellow". LOL

Which is why we use the colloidal minerals.
But like everything else, they are not all made the same. You do have to
research and investigate (which hubby does for us).
