just off the top of my head the biggest side effect of microcephaly is
developmental delay.  the small head does not allow the brain to grow.
Rebecca is technically microcephalic. I don't know if it would cause the
headaches and behavioural problems they you describe unless it is/was caused
by a pathological condition, again, this is just off the top of my head and
not in any way expert advise ( just using anatomy and physiology )  but it
is always best to get any changes in condition or behaviour looked into!

Its not  getting what you want, but being happy with what you got!
