[tri-med] Re: Michelle - Any updates on Faren (or baby)?

Hi Michelle,
How is Faren sleeping now?  Did you start to give her anything to help her
sleep?  Just curious as to how things are going with her or the new baby.  I
don't recall seeing any updates (but I may have missed them).

Caroline has been sleeping horribly.  She has infections in both ears, which
I know is probably the reason, but, until they are completely cleared up, we
suffer.  I sometimes try Benedryl.  It defintely knocks her out, but doesn't
keep her asleep.  She will still be awake 5 - 6 hrs later.  So, do I give
her more Benedryl in the middle of the night?  I feel SO GUILTY!  Like I am
drugging her to sleep, but I am almost getting to the point where I accept
that she will never learn it is nighttime and she must just shut her eyes
and go back to sleep.  So, for our lives to have some sense of normalcy,
maybe a sleep aid would help.   She does get the sleep she needs, but I
would rather her get that sleep at night than during the day.  I try to
limit her nap and not let her sleep too late in the day, but sometimes that
doesn't even work.

Anyway, I would love to hear how you are doing!
