HUH??????????
That has got to be legalese. It makes no sense to me.............
With our BC/BS they took Alex no questions asked and full coverage. Of
course they're a huge company with a multitude of plans and various ranges
of coverage.

I know that Pen but with this situation you really have to let that
particular thought go.........'k????? So many things can change "waaaaaaay
down the road" that it's impossible to even come up with all of them.
By that time you could be independently wealthy because Joe comes up with a
novel new idea for a fishing tool and Devon is so strong, healthy and doing
well that medical issues are a thing of the past. :0)
Frankly, I think that the more likely scenario (than the medicaid one above)
is that more and more employers quit offering coverage to their employees as
a benefit because they're being priced out of it. Jim's down to one employee
now and says that just on benefits alone he can't afford to hire any more.
He currently offers coverage for Brad's entire family. We all did just have
our deducatble/co-pay/pres coverages changed to keep costs down. Again.
Every year the ins goes up 25-33% and we have to loose a bit more coverage
to be able to afford it. And what is REALLY stupid is that the insurance for
employees is a business expense but the owner of the business can't be
covered (unless incorporated). How does that make any sense????
It's agonizing making these types of decisions but I think you already know
in your heart what you're going to do unless you get some info etc to change
your mind. And having coverage for Joe could mean help for his
back.........imagine what that could do for his quality of life. And by
virtue all of yours.
