Just like I SHOULD be getting off my fat butt and walking..............I'm
always so impressed with those who regularly do what most of us avoid like
the plague. :0)  I've never had the endorphin rush with exercise.

You are right, the eye exercises are hard work! I was doing them myself
after they were prescribed for Alex and it really stresses your eye and
tires it out quickly. Guessing that for someone with weaker eye muscles than
me it would be even more so.
It's supposed to help with general vision also--not just the "lazy eye"
aspects.
