[tri-med] Luke's Surgery - Urgent

I have just heard from Ruth and she wants to know if anyone can help her find a 
surgeon. for Luke.
Not sure of the best way to do this - but I suppose a starting point would be 
to send her names and address and telephone numbers of surgeons who have been 
willing to operate on our kids so that she can call them and give them the 
exact details of whats wrong - then we can work out how we are going to get her 
to them. I am sure that as a group we can do this.
Names addresses and most importantly telephone numbers please - off list 
preferably
