And that makes sense, too.
The whole issue makes me glad, though, that I live in the U.S. where it
seems like parents are given the chance to take their kids home, and
the help (more or less) to keep them going at home. Of course, I
realize there is the problem of kids being shuffled home who AREN'T
ready--the whole trisomy "incompatible with life, just take them home
and make them comfortable" syndrome.... Balance, balance, balance....
