Hi Sharon, I agree with your mother's wisdom : )  Figuring out whether this 
would back fire on me and I would be more miserable without him is the 
question!  Truthfully, I'm not considering divorce right now.  Not at all.  I 
just am trying to pick through the situation and make it better.  If the d-word 
is in the cards, well then it is, but I will have to exstinquish every possible 
solution and consider every option and alternative before this would ever 
happen.
