The tooth eruption and loss standards/milestones were the ONLY ones that 
Alex hit!!!!!!!! lol

With his first tooth my folks even bought him a balloon that said 
'congratulations' because it was the first thing he'd done 'on time'.

Alex used to grind like crazy. It went on for 3-4 years. His bedroom is 
across the hall from ours and there were times he'd wake us up at night 
because the grinding was so loud.

He really only did the grinding when asleep.
Don't know why he quit........maybe not quit but it decreased dramatically. 
He still grinds on occasion.
