[tri-med] Listening Therapy

Has anyone had any experience with listening therapy? It was just introduced
to Kaiya this week. They thought that she might be "singing" because she
likes the auditory stimulation so this might help to quiet her. She actually
did
stay quiet for almost 20 minutes (a minor miracle for Kaiya) But she quiets
down when I play certain types of music for her on the radio so I don't know
if it was their "special music" or if I should just buy her a nice pair of
headphones and an ipod... They also felt that it might help to organize her and

she may pay more attention to tasks presented to her. We didn't test that
aspect of it, we just let her get used to having headphones on. She's not to
fond of things on her head so I was worried about that part, but she didn't
seem
to mind all that much. Just wondering if anyone else has used it.
