Now Maranda does the money issue ---we kid around all the time ---that we
can not leave money laying around --Maranda grabs it ---and puts it in her
piggy bank --my husband kids -and says she probably has a million bucks in
there now ---if she finds any money ---bills or change ---she claims it as
hers --grabs it up --and dashes for the piggy !!!

sounds like a kiddo application for decluttering!  maybe he just needs the
"a place for everything" type of organization.  a common holding place for
things "found" until you together can assign it to it's proper place.
