I am in Australia and have never been to Texas but I lovvvvve Texas
Children's Hospital. Alex only has a PFO so no heart issues to speak of but
he does have a pacemaker (his cardiac problems are neurological). Last year
the cardiac team took a phone call from little old me in Australia about
Alex's upcoming pacemaker surgery when the doctors here wouldn't / couldn't
be bothered talking to me. They even faxed me journal articles about the
particular issues I was querying - they are BRILLIANT and best of all they
care about the kids they dont care about the chromosomes.
