[tri-med] Re: Justin update

Speaking of size - Esprit is only 13 pounds at 18 months and she is not tube
fed...she eats solids/formula. We just don't worry about it. She has her own
growth chart and is healthy despite her 'failure to thrive' status.

his formula and put him on 3 cans of pediasure a day at a minimum, and at
least 2 jars of fude a day and at least 8 oz of juice. They said that most
of the problem is probably because he is strictly g-tube fed, and he has the
nissen, so we can't feed him an >aweful lot at one time.

The vast majority of triers (regardless of flavor) tend to be slow growers
and small when they finally stop growing. Most have received the 'failure to
thrive' diagnosis along the way due to this.

Even at 17 years of age, Alex is the size of a 9-10 year old....and a
skinny/slight one at that!
