I'm still chicken to try it...but maybe.....
And speaking of braces...Nick finally has dental coverage through FL Healthy 
Kids...and I took him to dentist yesterday...Joe took him again in the 
afternoon. He had deep cleaning since he's only ever been to the dentist 
once :o( And he had 2 cavities filled...very tiny ones in the grooves behind 
his teeth. The worst thing is that I was also given a referral to the 
orthodontist :o(  He has an over bite and something about the midline shift 
to the right?? YIKES!!!!!


Because Alex eats on his own now I don't

Sounds VERY familiar to me as well...only Devon would just keep shoveling if 
I let him :o( Alot of times I keep a plate by me and only put a bite or 2 on 
his plate at a time and then I don't put anymore in front of him until he's 
pretty much done with what's in his mouth. And if he's extraordinarily 
tired...I feed him myself...the boy can eat in his sleep...literally!!!!

Not since he was 2 yrs old. I asked last year about having another one and 
they said as long as he was doing fine and not having pneumonia 
episodes...why put him through it? We know he's improved ALOT...he can now 
eat many things that he couldn't before...and he's drinking thickened 
liquids no problem. Next visit to the pulmonologist I'll ask again....it 
might be a different story now that he's straight medicaid ??
