We had similar experience.  One thing, I stopped eating and drinking all dairy 
products. Much later when trying formula we found that Pamela was allergic to 
milk particularly casein.

The other thing was constipation, which caused her to reflux lots, so we tried 
lots of ways to make sure she was having regular bowel movements.
