Welcome Vladimir and Monica and congratulations on the birth of little 
Josefina (pretty name).  There are lots of challenges ahead for you but also 
lots of joys.  As far as gas and g-tubes (I don't have much experience with 
them) I think you can 'vent' them just ask some of the others I'm sure 
they'll have great ideas for you.
