Thanks for posting this, Michelle, I agree.
It seems we all go through this emotional roller coaster when dealing with
our Triers. We need a place to ask questions, vent, complain and cry. We
also need a place switch our chaotic lives to what we find as a new
"normal". For me this list has provided so much in that area. When I read
about others going through so many different trials, it helps me to look at
what I have and be thankful yet have the confidence to know that I can post
a frustration just the same. When I look at others around me dealing with
Matthew and are not part of this list, I realize that much of my ability to
cope with daily issues has come directly from my "list experience". It
deeply saddens me when someone loses their precious little one, yet it is
good to know that if that is what is in store for us someday (and with
Matthew, the likelihood is high), that we have this avenue to share our
tears of grief.
Guess I felt moved to respond.
