PLEASE don't beat yourself up!!!
In the MOMENT of your pain, frustration and despair you turned to the list.
That is the right thing to do. Part of keeping our wits about us and dealing
with 'life' is getting it out there so that the vent and support allow you
to buck up and move on.
Those feelings are all part of the 'life in trisomy land' cycle. Very
normal!!!
In the MOMENT you realized that a trier had passed away it made your place
in the moment seem less than it had been before. That too is normal. It does
do a bit of a reality check.
However, your feeling in the slice of time were/are valid.
Please be kind to yourself. OK?
