welcome, keren sounds a bit like kammie for sure.  we had to finally go to
the g tube as kam would not eat even tho she is also capable.

we buiklt a croup (or is it croop) tent for kam's crib when she was very
little to help with the congestion.  he first ped was a huge advocate of
lots of liquids to thin out the nasal stuff.  i would shoot her nose with
saline a couple of times a day and not even suck it out with the bulb
syringe.  we have a humidifier and a water falls/fountain in her room also.

i never had much luck with over the counter snot meds but it sounds like you
have good drs.
