NO!!! - it is NOT a medical diagnosis, its a genetic profile and YOU are
entitled to privacy about your genetic information.
Don't give them information to charge you more or deny you services (eg they
may exclude maternity care either now or in the future, or IVF or a dozen
other things) While this may not be important now, things can change and
they may someday become real problems.
