Janet,

I am sorry to read about yet more troubles with Hannah and the slack 
hospital staff. How upsetting it must be for you. They say what doesn't 
kill us makes us stronger, and you sure have been tested, but by the sound 
of it came out more equipped to deal with any crisis, well done. I will 
keep Hannah in my thoughts and prayers that she recovers soon.
