Can it be used when HUGE perfs are present???

AND...does the Tea Tree Toothpaste taste ok? I was thinking that Devon 
already gets flouride in his liquid vitamins...so without flouride would be 
ok I think. I'm going to check out the health food store in town...I need to 
get some liquid Cats Claw anyway...and I want to find some liquid ginger of 
some sort...just hope someone can help me figure out how much I should give 
him?
