We do too.

Jim is a particularly heavy wax producer and we use the peroxide to keep it
from totally occluding his ear canal. He also sometimes takes a syringe (no
needle) and uses it to 'wash' the ear out following a peroxide treatment.

I do the peroxide in Alex's ears for wax. The peroxide 'bubbles up' waxy
build up. He just lays on the floor with his head on a pillow, head flat and
watches tv while it does its job. Then we switch and do the other ear.

With Molly, she's had some 'swimmers ear' from competitive swimming, and a
peroxide wash helps that out. I also sometimes use a vinegar solution for
the same thing.

Vinegar soaks were done on Alex's nebulizer parts when he was regularly
using it. Regular old vinegar is a great antibacterial.

Question: does anyone know where to get WATER SOLUBLE tea tree oil? I can
get the regular stuff around here but remember hearing there is a water
soluble type here on the list.
I'd like it for the humidifier (evaporative, just a base and a wick) when
Alex is ill. Might even use it in the bath when warranted.
