[tri-med] Re: IV's

Pamela also has a terrible time getting a good IV line. She collapses veins or 
they dissappear. The Emla cream works but not so great if the vein you put emla 
on then disappears or collapses. They then use the mask to have her fall asleep 
and then put in the IV line. I've never asked what's the gas used is this 
chloral hydrate?
