I absolutley agree. the T-18, which the dysmorphologist said to disregard by
the time Dom was three ended up being the driving force in several situations.
by that time it was in school records and also was driving some other
services, some good, some not so good. But the biggest problem was that the
school
district and then county mental health wanted to ignore the bipolar disorder
and
blame all of his issues on his DDs. I feel we are still running into that.
