{Low blood sugar levels cause seizures and
a lot of doctors are convinced that all our triers will have seizures and so
dont think to check the basics.}
Karen.....you got me thinkin' now. I asked Nick's neurologist if low blood
sugar caused his myoclonic seizures because he only has them in the morning
when he is waking up. If I don't give him Ativan, he will keep doing it for
hours. This only happens a couple times a month which got me wondering if he
was hungry. His neurologist told us "no" it wasn't low blood sugar....that it
usually happens in the morning because the brain is waking up. (I still think
it's low blood sugar.)
