Does anyone know of or have a great supplier for monoject syringes for
medications (the 5 or 6 cc kind) through a g-tube med port? I've been
able to get them from the pharmacy before, but the last few times they
haven't had any and I'm on my final few. I can get 10cc ones from our
feeding equipment provider, but those are too big to fit in the mouth
of Keren's medicine bottles. What do you guys use?
Thanks! I don't know why I didn't think to ask here before :) ...
We use the Exacta Med Dispenser they fit right into the medicine port and
come in all sizes. We get them from the pharmacy, but thet charge us (except
when John complains). You can check them out at www.baxa.com , I did contact
them and asked if they take medicaid, they don't but you might be able to get
them through a medical supply company.
