Our daughter Sarah born 19th Sep 1999 is Trisomy 13.
I am glad you found trisomy Families On-line, It's unfortunate that you had 
to search for it but I can assure you that you will get a lot of support.

I am sure Joseph is on good hands and will bring more joy to all of you.

I recall when we took Sarah home for the 1st time it was such a happiness. 
She has continued giving us more joy as she explores more by herself
