[tri-med] Re: Hello All!

>>>>>> I was wondering if this has had an effect on any of your other
children, like it has mine. I have finally got my other son who is 5, to
understand that his brother is special,<<<<<<<<<<

that's a tough one, even though My son Mark is 13 months younger then
Rebecca the resentment still crops up now and again, and Mark is 11 yrs
old! You would thing he would get it by now. But I guess the ways that
Rebecca effects Mark's life keep changing so that's why it is still an
issue. IE now that he is old enough to want to go places and visit
with friends Rebecca is too heavy at 62 lbs for me to just toss in the
van to drive him so if there is no one home to be with Bec then I am not
running him to the video store ect. Also he resents that he has chores
and she doesn't, ect. I try and remind him of some of the upsides that
he has because of Rebecca. He gets to ride in the front seat, he gets
to pick the TV show/movie/restaurant ect. It certainly does make for a
different life.

>>>>>> My son also has a port, and a g- tube, and I was wondering if any
of you had the same, and where you ordered you supplies from, cause my
insurance has stopped paying for several this including his breathing
treatment machine, an g- tubes. <<<<<<

since we live in Canada or insurance system is different but I can
relate to things you need that are not covered. I have finally just
finished the fundraising for Bec's stair climber and I started in March!
