[tri-med] Re: Hello

Hi Callie,

Welcome and yes you will find this group a great
source of strength, I know I have.
My son is t8m and 3 years old. He was born 3 months
prem and we did spend 6 months in hospital with him
after he was born because he had a malrotation of the
gut which was finally corrected.
We've been lucky with his ears so far, he dosen't tend
to get ear infections or skin infections but does get
lots of chest infections because of his prematurity.
Otherwise, he has been through chicken pox and seemed
to cope with it very well as i was worried about his
immune system. He has been going to nursery for a year
now and did start off with lots of colds and chest
infections but he copes pretty well its his parents
that worry themselves sick!
He is a very happy little boy and loves playing by
himself and with others.

I am sure we'll talk again.

Katy. son t8m, age 3.
