Welcome to the list and glad to meet Maiya and Cade.
Cellulitis is sometimes caused by the person scratching at an irritation 
(i.e. insect bite) and an infection results is she on antibiotics?  Not sure 
if it's common among kids with Trisomy 8/13 or 18 but I have seen it before 
in kids it sometimes necessitates a hospital stay with IV antibiotics you 
must have caught it early!!
