[tri-med] Re: Hello

welcome callie!
we have dealt with cellulitis but not around Bec's ear....she has had it
various places, the worst has been across her abdomen a few years ago.
Sometimes little ones get it in the form of a diaper rash even. I think it
is yeast based and sometimes the result of being on an antibiotic. At 6
months you are probably not doing solid foods yet but for an older child (or
adult) yogurt often gets the system back in balance. Probably she is being
treated with a medication that you would use for thrush?

Silly me, she is only 6 months old and probably too little to wear
hearing aids. I have heard some of the other parents talk about their
kids having "silent" ear infections where they don't know till gunk
comes out that there is anything amiss. I bet some will chime in soon.
