And to that I'd like to add our experience. In Miss
P's case, the sound always seems to remain virtually
the same, but the conditions get worse. So they never
trusted just listening to the murmur. My best gauge
was always observing her under florescent lighting.
It always brought out the brighter shade of blue ring
around her mouth to show me she was getting worse.
Test wise though, it was the Echogram pressures that
the doctors relied on to tell them when to schedule
another heart catheterization for her. 3 heart caths,
3 repairs over the years.
