What is the cause of the murmur? A hole in the heart? A valve leaking? There
are many types and therefore causes of heart murmurs.
In what way do you mean worse?
Do you mean louder?
Or do you mean softer? - Many people think that because they can't hear the
murmur anymore that it must be getting better but actually its usually the
opposite - a murmur that can't be heard anymore or thats markedly softer can
be a sign that the condition is now much worse.
Sorry I would need more info before I could comment on a specific.
