Philina was older of course.  But we went in armed with a school
psychologist's report of the results of her developmental testing.
If you've got, or could get ant kind of reports from your doctors
or development clinics that document Hannah Emily's medical 
condition and delays, they will go along way in shortening the 
application approval time.
