[tri-med] Hannah in the hospital

Sorry for the mass mailing but I don't have a lot on energy at the moment.
I will be falling into bed as soon as I send this.
Please keep Hannah in your thoughts... We took her to therapy this morning
and then to the doctor for her follow up from Friday. She was not quite
herself as therapy went on and fell asleep on the way to the doctor even
though she had only been awake about a couple hours. They checked her O2
level at the doctor's office and it was 89% so they put her on oxygen. We
also gave her a breathing treatment there but her O2 level stayed low. The
doctor said she was sending us to Children's Hospital and since she was
needing oxygen Hannah would have to go by ambulance. That is where she is
now. The pneumonia is gone (they did another chest x-ray) but she was
admitted for "asthma-like symptoms." While she is there they are calling in
a pediatric urologist, her ENT and a pulmonary guy. Right before I left
this evening (Donn is with her) they took a urine specimen and we will ALL
be surprised if there is nothing in it. It looked just as gunky as the one
they did in the doctor's office the last time she had a UTI. They are also
going to take a look at her heart since that is one of the things
associated with T14 but has never been really looked at on her. We KNOW she
doesn't have the major heart defect but the doctor (hospital doc) wants to
rule anything else out. She is on oxygen and is getting breathing
treatments every 4 hours.

We ordered a twin stroller for Hannah and all her stuff yesterday. I sure
hope we don't have to add oxygen to the "entourage."

If any of you are interested in being kept up to date please let us know
and we will.
