Hey Penny, the EFA we use with Alex (and the rest of the family) is flax 
seed and borage oil based.... NOT fish.

When Jim was researching the EFA's years ago (maybe 10 or 11 at this point) 
he was worred about fish/mercury contamination.

Also, the product we use is certified organic.

The EFA's are the 'help brains grow pathways' supplement: doesn't matter if 
it's fish or flax seed as far as my understanding goes.

Sorry I'm no help on the fish oil front.
