It increases density in those that they have tested and yes its one of the
reasons that they tout it for anti-aging. Of course if you don't have
osteoporosis and take HGH you could end up with bones that are too dense,
and thats almost as big a problem as low density. They too fracture easily
(its called osteopetrosis).

In part answer to your other question which I havent had time to answer (I
shouldn't even be looking at mail now) - athletes and sports people who have
fragile bones usually end up with shortened careers...........
