Yes it's a brand name, of one that doesn't have a retention balloon.

Clarification.  When we said add water, we meant to your nonexistent 
retention balloon.  If you had a Mic-Key (also a brand name) there
would be an additional port (to attach a small syringe) to inflate/deflate
the balloon which holds it in place.  Then all you'd have had to do was
deflate the balloon, push it on in to your stomach, and then fill the
balloon back up.  Much, much easier then a Bard.
