Don't know if this will be any help at all as I am in Canada, but it is a
little know secret here that if a child is on home care (meaning they get
nursing provided or any professional service)  they can get a drug card
basically equal to what those on welfare get. That is how we got Bec's
formula paid for..........at one point they tried and did cut us off we went
to our minister of parliament and what was worked out was that since she got
nursing at school she was still covered for her formula
