Well bless your buttons for being interested enough with your student to
check it out!

My son is 14 and has a dx of partial trisomy 14 mosaic. He is in 8th grade
and receives a  combo of reg ed and spec ed classes.

Each child is unique in their trisomy just as every typical child is unique.
What are your students abilities? That would go a long way toward helping
anyone here supply you with suggestions.
Any medical issues?

I know that in my instance, I generally know what works for Alex better than
any teacher after all I've come across because I know how he learns from
multiple years of experience. However, we've had teachers who've had great
ideas on how to tweak it! Thankfully we've been blessed with some gems over
the years.
