We had Keren's fundo checked about four months after her getting it
because she started spitting up again (not AS bad as before, but we
hadn't expected it). We checked it with an upper gi/swallow study and
it showed that everything was fine with the fundo and what was coming
back up was very minimal. Our doc explained that he had made sure the
fundo wasn't SO tight that Keren couldn't burp, and so she could take
food or drink by mouth (we didn't want to rule out that option).
Obviously I don't know if this is the case for Hannah, but it might be
something to think about! We've been able to regulate things pretty
well since with her reglan and zantac; I've noticed she'll start
spitting up again when she's outgrown her dosage.
Hope you find what helps!
