I ditto what Fawna said.  If you have the time and inclination, you may want
to do some research on how often in-utero tests are wrong.  Perhaps someone
on the list already has...  Hang in there, and keep fighting--your baby is!

Theresa & Irene,

The doctors are right in that there's no records of surviving full
trisomy 17's out there.  However, tests can and occasionally are,
wrong.  Possibly the baby is mosaic and they just didn't test
enough cells to catch that.  

Contact a local 'Right To Life' group for a referral to one of the
doctors they work with.  Another good option would be any Catholic
church owned hospital.
