Absolutely....

We lowered her nite dose of Phenobarb on the 19th,
from 60mg down to the same as her morning dose (30mg), and by a week later 
she's far more alert and active.  The rash on her face while still there, is 
less inflamed.  She's also less gaggy, but still the "queen of gas", at least 
it has an alternative outlet now....

She's still not eating real well either, but we shall see when we get her all 
the way off (mid June).
