Never mind...I dug through Philina's records binder and found an
old medical report from Pransky, with all his office partners listed
in the heading......

ALLAN B SEID 26-DEC-42 92067 makes him an Earth Sign.  A Water Horse, 
Capricorn to be exact, so we still have the element of water involved 
here.......
