This is very interesting, Karen, as I am of an age where parents still gave
aspirin to their children.  I doubt very much that I was ever overdosed
(although, who knows now), but I suffer from tinnitus and have since I was
about a sophomore in high school.  No known cause of it as I wasn't exposed
to alot of loud music or noise, etc.  Don't have  a hearing loss, tho
